Our 15-day returns guarantee means that if items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you can return them to us within 15 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item--see our Refunds Policy. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 15 days unless they are faulty.

* Note: Our returns guarantee for large items delivered via specialist courier is limited to 7 days.
